Appearance
Charlotte is a fat, female anthropomorphic dragon. Her scales are a mallard green. Her underside scales are a light mint green, as are her palms and the soles of her feet. Her hair is burgundy, and her eyes are violet. Her horns, claws, and spikes on her face and the top of her tail are a dark grayish blue, as are the spots on her shoulders, hips, and the sides of her tail. Her tail is fat like her body and slithers as she walks. She has wings that are small for her body, making her unable to fly. Her hair can either be flowing free or tied up in a bun.
Sometimes, she wears gold bangle bracelets on her wrists, a toe ring on her left toe on her left foot, a ring on her middle right finger, and rings on her outer fingers on her left hand. She also wears an amethyst amulet with a gold lining around it.
Personality
Charlotte is friendly, talkative, and creative. She is very sassy at times too. However she can be stoic from time to time, and doesn’t like to let her emotions show, especially if she’s upset. Nowadays, despite her past; she is more confident. She can be seductive when she wants to be but for the most part she’s just a giant cuddle bug and a hapless romantic.
She can be very stubborn if she puts her mind to something. She can be sassy and mischievous if she’s made to do something she really doesn’t want to do. Nowadays despite her past she is more confident nowadays and smiles.
Bio
Charlotte was born with stunted wings, they are a fraction of the size they should be for a dragon her size. Because of this she is unable to fly or even glide. As a dragonling the other young dragons would make fun of her wings and steal her belongings and fly just high enough she can’t jump and reach em. She didn’t have too many friends growing up, and often would just lay around alone. She took up painting many years back, and uses it as a creative outlet to get her emotions out. She also had an interest in magick but none of the dragon elders thought she was good enough because of her deformities.
She left Draconia, and became a loner for a time, wandering around the world from town to town, mistrustful of others because of his abuse. Eventually during her travels she came across Sally Mare’s farm, initially the horses were afraid of her but slowly Sally and Charlotte grew to trust each other, as Charlotte would help with some of the heavy lifting around the farm.
Years later when visiting Scarborough she met Marie the Foxy while walking past her garden and florist shop. Charlotte was enamored with the beauty of her garden and the two quickly became good friends. (That isn’t exactly difficult to do, Marie the Foxy is very bubbly and friendly and will befriend anyone kind to her.) Charlotte later settles down in Scarborough with Marie, Aurora, and other friends. Marie’s father, the elder fox agreed to help Charlotte learn the magick spells and such that the dragons refused to teach her. Charlotte’s amulet is a gift from the elder fox, the magic of that amethyst stone helps keep the bad energy away from her.
Charlotte considers Marie the Foxy one of her closest mammalian friends. Marie the Foxy initially helped her, with the help of the elder fox, helped Charlotte get thru a lot of her traumatic stress and dark energy. Charlotte has confided a lot in Marie the Foxy. Charlotte hopes one day to find a mate and settle down with them, and daydreams about romance a lot, especially after reading romance novels.
